Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority in Creighton is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Home Nursing department. The role involves promoting health, patient education, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in the Creighton/Denare Beach area.

A Practical Nursing diploma and CLPNS eligibility are required. Travel within the Creighton/Denare Beach area is required; a valid driver’s license is needed and a fleet vehicle may be available.

Qualifications

• Practical Nursing diploma required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be registered/eligible with CLPNS.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
