Qualifications

• Licensed Optician with provincial license or certification by a recognized opticianry college.
• Strong understanding of eye anatomy and patient care.
• Ability to guide customers through frame selection with care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-testing activities.
• Assist with submitting third party benefit claims.
• Remake, adjust and repair frames.
• Follow up on outstanding customer orders.
