Job summary

Pearle Vision in North Bay is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive patient retention. You will fill prescriptions, measure and fit frames, and advise on lenses while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include merchandising, accurate pricing, and supporting marketing initiatives. A valid optician license, high school diploma, and retail experience are required; higher education is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure as an optician is required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales targets and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and NECE.
• Fills prescriptions and fits/adjusts lenses and frames.
• Measures bridge/eyesize/vertex distance/pupillary distance and coordinates frames.
• Maintains planogram compliance and accurate pricing/quotes.
• Supports marketing programs and promotions in-store.
