Weekly rotations (Days/Afternoons/Nights)

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and PM of plant equipment and machinery
  2. Responsible for Food Safety and reporting any non-compliance issues immediately
  3. Assembling and installing all machines and ensuring they work correctly
  4. Perform preventative maintenance and repair breakdown of equipment as needed
  5. Ensure minimal downtime in the production process and maximize efficiency
  6. Providing training and support to the team as needed.
  7. Additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Valid Millwright Certification (433-A)
  2. 3– 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
  3. Proficient in Microsoft applications
  4. Able to work rotating shifts: days, afternoons, nights, and some occasional weekends
  5. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
