Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote in Washington

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Access to quality therapy shouldn’t depend on where you live. We’re looking for licensed therapists in Washington who want to provide meaningful care through telehealth. In this role, you’ll work with adults and families to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship stress all while supporting them in building practical tools for everyday life.

  • Provide therapy sessions virtually through secure platforms.
  • Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Track progress, adjust goals, and maintain clinical documentation.
