Job summary

AAA Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licensed to M1/M2 to join our helicopter maintenance team. This role focuses on safety, quality, and reliable rotorcraft upkeep.

You will perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on Airbus helicopters, comply with Transport Canada regulations, and maintain accurate records. Permanent position with opportunities for professional development through the AAA Academy, competitive benefits, and a dynamic work

Qualifications

  • Completion of Transport Canada-approved AME program.
  • Valid TCCA AME License (M1 and/or M2).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed AME performing helicopter maintenance.
  • Experience maintaining Airbus helicopters is a strong asset.
  • Field maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Ensure work complies with Transport Canada regulations, company procedures, and manufacturer specs.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and instructions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Report non-conformances, defects, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace and product safety.
  • Communicate technical issues and findings to Lead Hands and team.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation.
