Position

Under the direction of the Localisation Manager, the employee in this position must carry out inspections of defective products, product installations and products demonstrations to the customers.

Responsibilities
  • lnstalls new or modified equipment at the customer\'s facility to ensure full functionality.
  • Conducts equipment demonstrations for customer personnel and functions as a resource to answer future equipment related questions.
  • nspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine the nature and scope of a problem.
  • Analyzes review and inspection findings to determining the source of a problem and recommends appropriate corrective action.
  • Coordinates problem resolution utilizing photography and video equipment with Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments to expedite repairs.
Qualifications
  • Must possess Heavy Equipment Technician Certification.
  • Be on the lookout for technological innovations, demonstrate skills in synthesis, analysis and problem solving.
  • Know how to use your knowledge in carrying out your work.
  • Must have knowledge and some comfort with computers.
