A leading company in heavy machinery in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their Windsor team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and major repairs on a fleet of heavy equipment. Ideal candidates have experience with CAT equipment and strong problem-solving skills. Starting wage is $46.75 per hour.
Performing preventative maintenance on a fleet of heavy equipment
Carrying out hydraulic work on crushing plants and other aggregate equipment
Diagnosing and completing major mechanical repairs to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently
Your work keeps our operations running smoothly — from the pit to the plant.
Experience with CAT equipment is a strong asset
Truck and coach technician (310T) certification may be considered
A valid DZ license is an asset
Common Core training is an asset
Previous experience in a quarry or aggregate environment is a strong plus
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
