Symba Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals, couples, and families dealing with behavioral health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance coping strategies and emotional regulation. The clinician will provide a range of services, including assessments, individual and family counseling, parenting support, child therapy, relationship counseling, and psychoeducation workshops, but will not offer 24/7 access or immediate crisis care. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of family systems, and experience in both individual and group therapy, along with a commitment to collaborating with other mental health professionals and maintaining accurate treatment documentation in compliance with state regulations.
