Job summary

Suter Brook Dental Studio in Port Moody, BC is seeking a licensed/certified Dental Assistant for a full-time position. You will support the dentist, prepare rooms and instruments, and help maintain a smooth, patient-focused practice.

We value teamwork, growth, and mentorship. Orthodontic experience is a plus, and familiarity with Tracker software is helpful as we continue to provide top-tier dental care.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Certified Dental Assistant Level II required.
• Registered with BC College of Oral Health Professionals or in process.
• At least 2 years of LDA experience.
• Experience with Tracker dental software is an asset.
• Orthodontic experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist and provide treatment support.
• Prepare treatment rooms and dental equipment/instruments for patients.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

SCHEDULE:

34 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday
Tues, Wed, Friday hours : 730-430 (morning meeting starts at 730 first patient at 8) (Last patient ends at 4pm, we give 30min grace to clean up, and get organized for next day)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Licensed/Certified Dental Assisting Level II

Registered or in process of registering with the: BC College of Oral Health Professionals

We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)

Experience with dental practice management software such as Trackeris considered an asset

• Someone with at least 2 years of LDA experience who’s ready to jump in and make a difference.
• Ortho experience is an asset, but definitely not a dealbreaker! If you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to teach.
• A team player who’s willing to lend a hand, jump in where needed, and understands that we’re all in this together.
