Job Description : Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Barber | Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired looks, and your commitment to customer service will enhance their overall experience in our salon.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly sanitized.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hairstyles and products.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Helping other staff members, in many ways if you are available.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that align with clients' needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products through continuous education.
• Continuous education.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist minimal of 3 years, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with our guests.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, blonding, coloring, cutting, styling. perms, and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with front desk operations and retail sales is a plus.
• A valid cosmetology license is required and minimum 3 years experience.
