Qualifications

• Proven experience as an advanced electrical apprentice.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, installations and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems is a plus.
• Strict focus on job site safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Help with installing low-voltage systems as directed by supervisors.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and completing repairs under supervision.
• Ensure tools and materials are properly put away and stored on site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress.
• Perform basic electrical testing using meters and diagnostic tools under supervision.
