We’re a small but busy law firm with expertise in Civil, Family, Accident, and Criminal Law, looking for a dedicated, proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary or Paralegal to support our team in Accident and Civil Law matters. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting solicitors with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents.
  • Managing client communication and ensuring excellent client service.
  • Preparing court forms, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Filing documents with the court and liaising with third parties.
  • Maintaining organized case files and keeping track of deadlines.
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Law or relevant legal experience.
  • Attention to detail, sociability, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
