Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial contracting and real estate law.
• Experience with conservation agreements and Indigenous relationships preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

• Develop and improve contract templates and policies.
• Consult with staff on land securement and transactions.
