Position Summary:

Trulioo is seeking a business-minded Legal Counsel who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to join our team. You will own commercial matters from day one and see the full range of commercial work – customer, partner and inbound supplier agreements – rather than a narrow slice of sales paper. The agreements you negotiate shape how our products reach customers globally.

You will work across the business as the team scales, negotiating commercial agreements and partnering with internal stakeholders to progress key deals and enable innovation. You will also use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to increase the speed and consistency of legal work, while exercising judgment over confidentiality, accuracy and risk. The role suits a lawyer building an in‑house career who brings a low‑ego, team‑first mindset and wants to grow alongside a high‑performing team.

This will be a full‑time, permanent position based in the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).
