Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in commercial and development real estate law
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of commercial and development conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage files independently from inception to completion
  • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and computer skills
  • High level of accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Unity, Teraview, and PC Law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and WordPerfect
