What can you expect in this role?
- Providing support for various governance, regulatory and corporate matters, under the guidance of our General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
- Coordinating board, committee and shareholder meetings and materials
- Administration and maintenance of minute books, licensing processes and files, and corporate records
- Interacting with provincial and federal financial institution regulators concerning corporate licensing and related matters
- Assisting with SEDAR, SEDI and stock exchange filings
- Drafting a variety of corporate documents, including corporate minutes, resolutions, notices, etc.
- Assisting with preparation of corporate and commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and routine contracts, as well as the completion of corporate transactions

- Minimum 3 years experience as a corporate law clerk within a Canadian financial institution, law firm or public company
- Expert knowledge of preparation of corporate minutes and maintenance of minute books
- Previous experience being involved in the corporate secretarial function for a Canadian financial institution, and/or publicly traded company, is highly-desirable
High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
Salary Scale: $58,100 - $106,900
