• 1+ years of experience as a Legal Claims Officer, Legal Consultant, or Paralegal.
• Valid P1 License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal claim files and provide legal advice.
• Oversee intake and assessment of new legal claims.
• Communicate with clients for necessary details.
• Guide HR Advice Team on legal matters.
• Collaborate with external legal partners.
• Liaise with Ministry of Labour and government representatives.
• Track ongoing claims in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with reporting protocols.
• Perform additional duties as required.
