Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a Legal Claims Officer/Consultant or Paralegal role.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint.
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal claims files for internal handling.
  • Oversee intake of all legal claims.
  • Liaise with clients to gather details of claims.
  • Provide guidance to HR Advice Team regarding legal requests.
  • Communicate with Government agencies and opposing counsels.
