• Manage day-to-day operations of the law firm, including conflict checks, opening and closing files, and preparation of account-related documents (e.g., docketing, billing summaries).
• Interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other relevant stakeholders via telephone and written communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a law firm.
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail; proofreading/grammar skills are essential.
