Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience with Federal and Ontario Courts is an asset.
  • Excellent proofreading and accuracy in documentation preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks for Partners and teams.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and related logistics.
  • Manage fax and mail communications and distributions.
