Job description

Our Firm has openings for full-time Legal Assistants in our Corporate Department and our Real Estate Department.

These roles require individuals who are highly-organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Duties include the following:

  • Initiating and completing file opening;
  • Performing searches and completing registrations at government and other agencies;
  • Preparing and reviewing documents and correspondence;
  • Communicating with clients, banks, and other professionals; and
  • Managing files using ProLaw practice management software.

Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in a corporate position or real estate position is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have superior computer skills and exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
