Job summary

British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is seeking a Legal Affairs Co-op Student for Winter 2027 (January–April 2027) in Victoria, BC. You will support in-house lawyers on corporate and investment-law matters, review documents, and assist with governance term sheets, shareholder and investment agreements, and contracts.

You will gain real-world legal experience in a fast-paced setting, with the opportunity to network with professionals and participate in special projects at BCIs
