A leading workforce management solutions provider in Winnipeg is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Legal & Privacy team. This role involves contract administration, managing legal matters, and maintaining the office's file management system. Ideal candidates will have a recognized legal assistant credentials and 2 years of related experience. The position offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.

Reporting to the General Counsel & Privacy Officer, the Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with contract administration; supporting legal, privacy, governance, and compliance documents and related correspondence; managing general intake of legal, privacy, and compliance matters; maintaining and organizing the file management system and database; and ensuring the efficient administration of the Legal & Privacy team office.
Using your education and/or experience, you will provide day-to-day legal support to the Legal & Privacy team across a range of responsibilities, including:
