We are hiring for a Leasing Sales Coordinator to join our Stride Capital team!

Employment Status : Full-time, hours per week. This is a Monday to Friday 8 : 30 to 5 : 00 in person role.


Location : In person role, Stride Capital office located in Southwest Calgary.

Reporting to the Director, Leasing Operations our the Leasing Sales Coordinator plays an important role in growing our company, is a self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment.


The Leasing Sales Coordinator performs and provides a variety of tasks in supporting the Stride Account Managers. Mainly assisting the sales team by submitting credit / documentation requests, creating tvalues, TruePic auditing, Aspire data entry, insurance follow up, and working with our brokers to get deals from credit to booked. To be successful in this role, you should have a team player personality, be able to assist each Account Manager’s administrative needs, and have excellent prioritization and time management skills.


What You’ll be Doing:


  • Develop and build credit packages from start to finish. With information and data obtained by each Account Manager.

  • Read and understand personal and commercial credit reports, research, and analyze collateral value and secondary market to understand each lease submission.

  • Review transaction information to prepare credit submissions including application, credit write up, quotes, employment verification and financial statements to establish a credit profile sufficient to let the credit team make an informed credit decision.

  • Work alongside the documentation team to get deals documented and funded.

  • Be responsible for data input and integrity of Aspire data for each submission.

  • Gain exposure in conducting amortization schedules to identify the rates on return of gross profit for each deal funded.


What you Bring: Experience


  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, and / or administrative environment, is an asset.

  • Professional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communications skills.

  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro


Education


  • Currently enrolled or graduated BA / BS degree in Business Administration. (Finance, Accounting, International Business, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred).

  • High School Diploma required.
