A prominent real estate company is seeking a Leasing Manager in British Columbia, Canada. The successful candidate will lead negotiations with tenants and develop the retail mix strategy. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in retail leasing. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate in both English and Dutch are also essential. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy of the retail mix, as well as identifying and attracting new tenants. You are responsible for negotiating and finalising all lease agreements. You will work closely with the Leasing and Investment Management teams, known for their close‑knit, informal, and highly driven environment. The role requires creativity, a can‑do attitude, courage, and a high level of positive energy.
