The Talent Development and Learning team for EY Canada is seeking a Learning Services Specialist (LSS) to support the effective implementation, operation and sustainability of key Assurance learning initiatives. This multifaceted role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and learning operations experience, along with a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences from planning through execution.
The LSS will be part of the Talent Development and Learning team for EY Canada and will work closely with the Assurance Learning Leader, service line stakeholders, learning team members and external providers to enable consistent, inclusive and impactful learning delivery across Canada.
This is an 18-month contract role and may occasionally require overtime, including early morning or evening commitments to support national programming and stakeholder needs.
