Reporting to the Learning Delivery Manager, this role involves delivering a variety of training programs, both in‑person and virtual, for new and existing employees, focusing on customer experience, technical skills, procedures, products, and systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments, embraces technology, and is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences. This position supports Rogers’s strategic initiatives by using advanced learning methodologies and may involve cross‑functional collaboration and special project assignments.
