Purpose

Consistent with the credit union mission of providing our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big and achieve financial success, the Learning Experience Designer II will:

  • Build and conduct effective training programs using the ADDIE instructional design principles to analyze, develop, design, implement, evaluate, and conduct training and development programs on credit union industry specific topics, as well as personal and professional development topics for all employees.
As a Learning Experience Designer II, you will:
  • Develop & Deliver Training: Create engaging programs using ADDIE principles for industry-specific, leadership, and professional development topics.
  • Instructional Design: Design and maintain training materials across multiple formats (guides, videos, LMS content).
  • Facilitate Learning: Lead workshops and onboarding sessions using adult learning principles and diverse methods.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Assess learning outcomes, gather feedback, and refine programs for maximum effectiveness.
  • Administer & Support: Manage LMS content, track participation, and maintain training resources.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with stakeholders and mentor team members on instructional design best practices.
