A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a Learning Design Consultant to create innovative training solutions. The role involves designing eLearning and workshop materials while collaborating with the Learning & Development team. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and experience with various eLearning tools. This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Business Overview
As part of the Human Resources function, the Learning and Development team provides the organization with the learning and performance support needed to meet business objectives by creating simple, innovative and effective training and performance solutions. This is accomplished through strong partnerships, leveraging internal and external best practices and on-going continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
The Learning Design Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to bring together your passion for learning and technology to design new and enhance existing training products/solutions to support business needs. This includes leading the effective design, development, implementation and maintenance of eLearning, workshops, social learning and other materials for new and existing business initiatives to support Fidelity Canada’s needs.
