They should have 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing and hold a Black or Green Belt certification, along with strong project management skills. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in continuous improvement/transformational projects in an industrial/manufacturing domain.
• Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Minitab, MS Project and PowerBI.

• Lead and support operational improvement projects using Lean Sigma tools.
