Qualifications

• Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support functional leadership teams in optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to reduce OEE losses.
• Participate in development and maintenance of continuous improvement curriculum, training, and deployment.
• Assist in writing standard work documents and operator training.
