Job summary

Urban Rec in Burnaby is seeking League Coordinators to run recreational sports leagues with a focus on fun and safety for participants.

You will set up equipment, manage game timing and scoring, and promote upcoming leagues and events while ensuring a positive experience for all players.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down equipment
• Manage time and score-keeping during matches
• Submit detailed shift reports
• Act as an ambassador for Urban Rec, promoting events and league registrations
• Address any first-aid incidents or conflicts between teams
• Interact with participants to ensure their enjoyment
• Handle conflict between participants
• Transport volleyballs to and from venue each shift

Rate of Pay:

• $19.00/hour (inclusive to 4% vacation pay)
