Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or professional coaching.
  • Demonstrated expertise in individual and group coaching.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cultural change.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and sustain coaching and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and culture.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that build leadership skills.
