What are your contributions to the team?

• Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried Technologists from our Methods groups.
• Assume all HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
• Coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
• Be responsible for the first article inspection and improvement projects.
• Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
• Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.

• You hold a bachelor degree or an MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in an aerospace industry.
• You have excellent management skills.
