As Leader, Commercial Solutions, you will be at the center of this transformation, providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for AFSC’s client‑facing digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Information & Digital Officer, you will guide modernization of AFSC’s insurance, lending, AgriStability, and client platforms, ensuring they deliver reliable, secure, and user‑centric solutions that advance the organization’s mission and empower Alberta’s producers. You’ll lead with purpose, driving modernization that improves both technology performance and the client experience, while shaping a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the enterprise.
