This role offers a salary of $170,000 - $190,000 along with flexible working hours and generous PTO.

Mediafly is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to lead our efforts in creating and delivering impactful value propositions for our clients. As the Lead Value Engineer, you will spearhead the development and execution of value engineering strategies that enhance our Value solutions and support our sales and customer success initiatives. You will lead a team dedicated to demonstrating the value of Mediafly’s solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our value engineering practices resonate with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to Mediafly’s reputation as a leader in the Revenue Enablement industry.
$170,000 - $190,000 a year Value Engineering roles traditionally included a sales component and a variable compensation plan. However, we have removed cross-sales, renewal, and other sales-related responsibilities from this team entirely. As a result, these roles are strictly base-salary positions, with no variable compensation, sales targets, or quotas. We are happy to provide more context during the interview process!
