Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in overhead power transmission design and an engineering degree. This position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range of $135,700 - $185,700 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of overhead power transmission line design and engineering experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in overhead transmission line design including route selection and studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Transmission Line Engineers and Designers.
• Manage team workload and project priorities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
