A well-established structural steel manufacturing company in Calgary is seeking a Shop Foreman. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a skilled shop crew, coordinating work orders while ensuring that projects comply with quality standards and safety regulations. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in fabrication or machining, along with a proven leadership background. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing.
• 3 years in a supervisory, foreman, or team lead role.
• CWB certified MIG all positions is a strong asset.

• Coordinate daily work orders and monitor progress.
• Maintain safe work practices and enforce safety policies.
