Job summary

PTW Energy Services is seeking a Structural Site Supervisor to support the Field Crew Coordinator, focusing on safety, quality and productivity in construction environments across Canada.

You will lead on-site activities, review plans, coordinate subcontractors, monitor compliance with codes, and mentor crews. This role requires CSTS and strong leadership, with a proactive safety mindset and growth opportunities in fabrication and engineering support.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel cladding installation or construction.
• CSTS training completed.
• LSE training is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and assign work in production locations per schedule.
• Monitor product standards and quality-control programs.
• Ensure adequate materials, tools and equipment for construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ activities to meet schedule requirements.
• Oversee safety systems and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Conduct safety meetings and THA card completion as needed.
• Provide training and support to employees.
• Verify time sheets and document progress.
