• A minimum of 10-years related residential construction-based experience.
• Proficient at all types of residential renovation projects including additions, entire home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
• Superior carpentry skills required for all types of home renovation projects.
• Working knowledge of all trades associated with residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers in the scheduling and coordination of work.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with all applicable health & safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures for health & safety and construction emergencies.
• Communicate site progress & challenges to the management team.
