BRP is seeking an experienced SAP Lead (SD/Vistex) to guide functional delivery across ECC/S/4HANA environments. You will coordinate analysts, manage incidents, and own the Order-to-Cash and supply chain roadmap, collaborating with business leaders to implement improvements and ensure governance and successful go-lives.

You will mentor teams, oversee integrations with FI/CO, MM, EWM, and non-SAP apps, and drive strategic initiatives in a multi-time-zone setting. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent by experience.
• 8+ years hands-on SAP SD configuration and delivery in ECC/S/4HANA.
• Expertise with SAP Global ATP and Advanced ATP processes.
• Strong Vistex functionality knowledge (IA, Agreement Management, Rebates).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and SCM with SAP integrations.
• Experience data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Experience integrating SAP with external/third-party applications.
• Experience leading functional teams and coordinating resources.
• Comfortable in a multi-time zone environment and escalations.
• Strong project delivery, prioritization, and roadmap discussion skills.
• Experience governance, architecture, and design reviews.
• Experience managing professional services contracts.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience estimating effort and timelines.
• Ability to adapt in evolving environments.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate SAP SD, Vistex, and SCM analysts across support, enhancements, and projects.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and critical business issues.
• Own the functional roadmap for Order-to-Cash and related supply chain processes.
• Partner with leaders to identify improvements and deliver value through SAP solutions.
• Lead analysis, architecture, design reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
• Govern end-to-end integrations across SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Manage AMS stakeholder relationships and service levels.
• Maintain functional design standards and SAP best practices.
• Review and approve functional specs and major configuration decisions.
• Lead resource planning and delivery coordination for activities.
• Mentor and coach team members for knowledge sharing.
• Oversee transition strategy from project delivery to support.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across SAP landscape.
