• 3+ years of Agile Leadership & Coaching experience.
• Deep understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile principles.
• Exceptional facilitation skills for Agile SAFe ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Agile SAFe Teams for timely delivery of features.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices.
• Facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies and support cross-team coordination.
