We're seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to ensure our solutions remain reliable, efficient, and bug-free. In this role, you'll design robust test frameworks, continuous integration flows, and quality pipelines that validate everything from Unreal Engine integrations to custom scripting tools. Your work will be instrumental in enabling fast, safe releases to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement automated test systems for tools, plug-ins, and workflows.
  • Define and enforce quality standards for shared technology prior to release.
  • Collaborate with engineering and pipeline teams to embed testing into development processes.
  • Lead efforts in test coverage analysis, performance benchmarking, and regression detection.
  • Maintain and evolve CI environments to support scalable, efficient test execution.
  • Champion integration testing and stability verification for cross-team workflows.
  • Document quality engineering processes and mentor team members on automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, plus 4+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in games or equivalent software.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in C, C#, and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and artists.
  • Comfortable working across all disciplines within a game studio.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
