A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Lead Proposal Specialist - Investments to oversee the proposal process for their Investments business. This hybrid role requires strong management skills and the ability to create compelling proposals. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Market Development (RMD) team at Mercer. This role can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, or Halifax and is a hybrid role with the requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role may be eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.
As a Lead Proposal Specialist - Investments, you will be responsible for writing and project managing the proposal process for Mercer's Investments business, including advisory and delegated solutions. This includes ensuring that our submissions are compelling, compliant, and leverage best practices to drive growth. You will provide strategic guidance throughout the proposal lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that resonate with our clients.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $106,500 to $176,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
