What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Onboard product teams to the new Product Operating Model and ensure successful completion of the product bootcamp
  • Lead teams through foundational training, helping establish product roadmaps, OKRs, and product vision
  • Coach teams, primarily Product Owners and Product Managers, during the Program Increment
  • Identify gaps in team performance and provide targeted coaching to enhance adoption and execution
  • Provide weekly status reports on each team's progress, issues, risks, and escalations as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, product strategy, product coaching, or related areas
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product ownership, backlog management, and agile execution
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe Framework, and lean product development
  • Strong ability to engage with senior leadership and influence decision‑making
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and improve team effectiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in leading workshops and training exercises related to product development
  • Proven track record of guiding teams in creating OKRs, product vision, and product roadmaps
  • Familiarity with coaching techniques for epic, feature, and user story development
