What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard product teams to the new Product Operating Model and ensure successful completion of the product bootcamp
- Lead teams through foundational training, helping establish product roadmaps, OKRs, and product vision
- Coach teams, primarily Product Owners and Product Managers, during the Program Increment
- Identify gaps in team performance and provide targeted coaching to enhance adoption and execution
- Provide weekly status reports on each team's progress, issues, risks, and escalations as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, product strategy, product coaching, or related areas
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product ownership, backlog management, and agile execution
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe Framework, and lean product development
- Strong ability to engage with senior leadership and influence decision‑making
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and improve team effectiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading workshops and training exercises related to product development
- Proven track record of guiding teams in creating OKRs, product vision, and product roadmaps
- Familiarity with coaching techniques for epic, feature, and user story development
