Job summary

RBC is seeking an experienced AppSec Engineer to own the AppSec roadmap for DevSecOps, partnering with product management to improve usability, quality, and reduce technical debt. You will build strategic relationships with development executives and vendors to align security strategies with business needs.

You will drive AI adoption with guardrails for agents and code-generation, track KPIs, manage costs, and deliver measurable ROI while leading end-to-end release processes and developer

Qualifications

• 5+ years AppSec Engineering experience with tools like Github, JFrog Artifactory, Snyk, Aqua; Docker & Kubernetes expertise.
• Full-stack development (JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python or similar).
• API delivery, Data Management, and/or Business Analytics experience.
• Agile Product Management in technology environments.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• AI Agent Frameworks and Langchain experience.
• Understanding of AI-driven operational efficiency, CI/CD enhancement, and working with models/MCP servers.
• DevOps proficiency (Git, Artifactory, Docker/K8s).
• Exceptional communication skills bridging technical and business audiences.
• Collaborative problem-solver with passion for user experience and data quality.
