• 5+ years in an analytics role with increasing scope and leadership, ideally in product or customer-focused domains.
• Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced experience with product analytics tools and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Customer leadership to define the KPIs that matter across the user journey.
• Lead and coach product analysts, ensuring consistency in metrics and analytical rigor.
• Own the strategy for product analytics infrastructure and guide experimentation design.
