Job summary

A leading environmental innovation firm is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to oversee the technical integrity of Direct Air Capture systems. The role emphasizes hands-on design and technology integration to optimize carbon removal processes. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in engineering, preferably with expertise in the energy or chemical industries. This position allows for hybrid or remote work in Canada, with periodic site visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in process design.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada.
• Expert-level experience with process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and detailed design of processes.
• Develop and refine P&IDs and ensure safety standards.
• Perform advanced process simulations to optimize energy.
