Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patients, transporting ill or injured individuals.
• Lead the BLS crew in delivering clinical care during transport.
• Ensure ambulances are properly stocked and equipped.

Skills

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR)

Non-restricted registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics

Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator License

5-year driver abstract with no more than 6 demerits

Education

Completion of post-secondary programs
